At the Fourty-Ninth Annual General Meeting of the London Maritime Arbitrators Association, held at the offices of M.J. Kusel & Co. on 25th March 2009, Clive Aston and Brian Williamson were elected to the Committee.

Under the current Rules of the Association, John Schofield and Robert Gaisford retired from the Committee. Robert Gaisford remains on the Committee, however, ex officio as Past President of the Association.

The Committee now therefore consists of:-
