The LMAA and CIArb London Branch are pleased to announce this Seminar where the speakers will address the topic from their differing perspectives:

♦ An Arbitrator’s Perspective - Patrick O’Donovan (Maritime Arbitrator and Past President LMAA)
♦ A Commercial Perspective - James Wilson (Senior Partner Ince & Co)

The Seminar will be co-chaired by John Tsatsas, Maritime Arbitrator and President LMAA, and Hew R Dundas, Senior Vice Chairman CIArb London Branch, Past President CIArb (2007) and Supporting Member LMAA.

The Seminar will take place at Ince & Co’s London offices at International House, 1 St Katharine’s Way, London EC1W 1UN.
